Hi,
One of our customers has a pair of Unity Connection 7.1.2 servers...primary and backup. I'm trying to add a new OS administration username and password via the CLI to the cluster but the backup server does not seem to see the new account. When I'm logged into the CLI on the backup server I can see the account but I can't login with it or even delete it becasue it says the account does not exist. Ever seen this before?
Thanks in advance.

Hi
I've seen this on a CM6.x installation (the only time I've been asked to set up a local platform account aside from the default). It allowed creation, but did nothing..
It does work on my CM7.0 lab system, so we are doing it correctly.
Whilst I don't have a CUC lab system at present, I'm fairly sure this will be a bug...

Thanks Aaron,
I've got a case open with TAC and I'm waiting on them to get back to me with root access. They seem to think I'm running into CSCsv98921 but once I here for sure I'll update the post.
Thanks,
Mike
