SA-540: Surf Problem... can't load Sites with Parameter

Hello Guys,

we have a brand new Cisco SA.-540 with the Firmware 1.2.1. We have installed it between a Router vom our Provider. The SA has a public IP Adresse (no PPPoE Connection).

Now when our Customer wants to surf they can't access Websites with URL Parameter like: google.com?signup...

Has anybody else the Problem?

Make sure you "Enable Remote Management" in Network Management page

the External Management was activated at the first time and nobody canät surf great. I have disabled it later. Why i have to enable it when our customer wants to surf outsite? :)

I have also disabled URL and Content Filter...

If the customer is connecting SA500 through Lan port, then you don't need to enable Remote Management

What is your firewall setting now?
