AA Question

We have a SLA called Ext 300. It is accessible via the AA Script and the dp1 that the user hits 3 they will be transferred to SLA Ext 300. The problem is that since it is not the primary Ext of the phone there is no way to monitor the VM. So I would like to transfer to another Ext, say 200 after it tires 300 and w/ no answer it is transferred to VM. How can this be done, I was trying something like <3:300, cfwd=vm4200> in the AA Script to no avail and not sure how to proceed. Thanks, Steve

You can put the shared line and the private line in a hunt group and put the hunt group number in the AA.  When the shared line doesn't answer, it goes to the private line and when it doesn't answer, it will go to the private line vm.  There was an issue with a shared line in a hunt group in that the phones in the shared line don't ring simultaneously but rings sequentially but this may have been fixed in the latest spa9000 release which is currently 6.1.5.
