Please, we need a bit more details - ICM, CVP, CCX ? Which versions? Otherwise it is more easy to answer "why the earth is round?".

If you opened a TAC case like this, you would be admonished. Please provide a comprehensive question from the start.

im sorry for that let me explain again.

i have uccx 5.0.1 Premium.

i need to bulied a script with this paramters:

calling number

called number

now i have create a csq for that and i have this variables the only thing i dont know to do is how should i send this on a url to the crm.

meaning that in the script i will send in real time the variables to the crm on url with 'get' step.
