Hi,

Can someone please tell me that there's a solution to this challenge:

Now and again when i try to access a WCS Server though the web i get an error that says,

"Service Temporarily Unavailable: The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later ------- Apache Server at IP Port 80"

When i run "netstat -a", i notice that http status is on TIME_WAIT (Could there be intruders on the server or maybe some application using http? - if so, how could it be possible because this is a standalone server).

If any one has a fix to this, please advice.
