No Voice Path in IP Communicator

I have IP Communicator installed and I am using ver.6.1  of CCM. The softphone rings makes connection on both inbound and outbound calls. However, when the call is answered, there appears to be no speech path available in either direction. This occurs only when using a Checkpoint VPN connection.

Something is breaking the RTP path.

If you are on a VPN, then you probably don't have the firewall or VPN configure properly.

If you are on a LAN, then you may have a client firewall blocking transmission.

There are a million things that could cause this, you'll need to detail your environment in order to get practical suggestions...
