Clients are randomly dropping and will not connect back to the AP

We have clients that will randomly disconnect from an AP and then cannot connect again until the AP is rebooted. We have unselected exclusions and they are not going into an excluded clients list. Any ideas?

Need more information.  What WLC firmware?  How many clients affected?

Sorry this seemed to happen after we upgraded to 6.0.188. It probably has

effected over 600 clients, but all randomly it will effect just one person and multiple people will be connected to the ap just fine. After the upgrade we made an a ssid that they were all connected to and when we say the problem we switched them to g ssid. We then just made one ssid a/b/g but it still seems to be happening.
