Disconnects with Cisco Unity Express (NME-CUE)

I have this weird issue and it's difficult to troubleshoot this on CUE and need some assistance.

We have a Cisco ISR 2851 with the NME-CUE (running CUE 7.0.1, even tried with 7.0.5)

There are times (80% of the time) when we call into our voicemail or to the AA  then we randomly when any key is pressed  like our PIN number ... the call with CUE is disconnected?

This is all internal, QoS is enabled, and we only have 4 phones on the network.

Any ideas to what could be going on here and/or how to troubleshoot this?
