NAC don't insert CAS.

Hi,

I have a problem when go to insert a Nac Server in our Nac Manager the message that appear is "Failed to add server: Maximum limit for Clean Access Servers supported has been reached " but I don´t have any Server yet in this Nac Manager.

Anybody have an idea?

Posting resolution for the record: Customer had bad licenses as they were issued to the MAC addres of the CASs. Licenses are always supposed to be issued to the MAC address of the CAM.

Please check if you have license for the CAS on your CAM.

You would need to have 2 license installed on the CAM:

- 1 for the CAM itself

- another one for CAS (how many CAS you can add to the CAM)
