Hello,
I have a user on my network that took his system home to use it the other night.
He had the PC running in one room and the VPN was up and working normally.
He unplugged the network cable to move the PC to another room, at that point
the system hung and upon rebooting he discovered that the VPN software had
disappered from his computer!
He has since atempted to reinstall the software and the install runs thru the normal
install procedure but upon finishing the program filea and the icons are not on the
system.
The system is a Macbook laptop duel bootting in to Windows XP Pro and the
Cisco VPN software is 5.0.03.0560.
Has anyone seen this happen before?
