Place Call to Internal Number

Unanswered Question

Hello,

I am a relatively new user of IPCC Express. I am working on a script using the CRS Editor that, when a call comes in, the system will place a call to an internal number and play a prompt to the called number. It currently comes up as unsuccessful when I test it. The script is very small right now as I am just trying to make it complete the call before I add the intricacies.

I have attached both the script and a screen shot of the script.

Remove the Accept step, then just use the active debug button, Step Over (or F10) and tell us what the exception is.

I got the same issue - it always goes to the Unsuccessful branch.

Should I choose Outbound as the Group Type when configuring Call Control Group of Place Call Step?
