Third Party PABX Integration with CUCM 6.1

hi all,

I have to integrate CCM 6.1 with a third party PABX .. the third party PABX's engineer has given me the Domain Name, User ID & Password for SIP Trunk .... can any 1 tell me where to configure these parameters,

i found the SIP REALM option, but when i go through the documentation guide its saying " If Cisco CallManager acts as user agent client (UAC), you must configure SIP Realm "

can any body tell me what does " user agent client (UAC) " mean for CCM ???

This is my first time integration of CUCM with Third party PABX ....
