Cisco 3550 Switch not booting up

Hi all,

I got switch 3550  it is not booting up

i did console no luck then i rebooted while i consoled to switch here is output

So the switch does not boot all the way?  What happens when you press enter after the last line (% Invalid input detected at '^' marker.)?
