Hi,

I have configured BACD on cisco 2811 and it's working fine, but when I call from the outside I got the BACD message which direct the call to the dialed extension when I saw the number on the extension I found the BACD pilot number of aa which I don't want to be displayed I need to display the number that calls from outside whatever mobile or any landline.

the users don't know what the pilot number and why it appears for them, so what is the way to display the originating calls instead of aa pilot number?

Caller-id is normally sent with B-ACD so you have to review your configuration.

Just so you know, we have the same "problem" here, but after doing some testing, we found out that the pilot number is displayed only when the caller-id is private, so instead of displaying "Number unavailable" or something like that, the system will display the BACD pilot number.

This if fine for us, and maybe it will answer your question!
