Hello leandro,
To change the Interdigit Timeout on UCM 7.X do the following steps:
*** Go to System Menue ===> Service Parameters ===> Select the Publisher Server ===> Select the Service (Cisco CallManager)
*** Go to Cluster Parameters (Device - General) Section ===> T302 Timer is what you need to change in order to change the Interdigit Timeout, by default its 15000 MS (or 15 Seconds), Minimum is 3000 MS (or 3 Seconds) and Maximum you can configure is 75000 MS (75 Seconds).
I hope this was helpfull.
Thanks,
best,
