Hello

I cannot open Topology Services because Aniserver process is down.

I haven't been able to start it. When I try, the process seems to be busy for a while but finally It fais


The instructions shown in other similiar cases havent' worked for me.

you can try to reinit the topology part of the ANI database to solve this issue; you will loose all your customized maps;

the command to reinitialzie the topology portion of the ANI database:


NMSROOT\bin\perl NMSROOT\campus\bin\reinitdb.pl


with NMSROOT being you LMS installation path (default for windows: C:\Progra~1\CSCOpx)


after that start a new Data Collectio (Campus > Home) and see if the problem has gone;
