Limiting bandwidth, two wlan

Hi,

I have a setup where a Cisco 877 router is connected to another router (Zyxel 660 tripple play). The LAN is shared by the Cisco router.

The Zyxel is used as a gateway.

Is it possible to limit the bandwidth so that wlan1 uses 75% of the bandwidth capacity and wlan2 uses 25%?

And if no one is connected to wlan2, 100% of the capacity will be directed to wlan1?

Thanks in advance

bandwidth capacity of what ? What wlan1 and 2 are ?

Oh sorry, noticed that I was a bit hasty when i wrote.

I have a setup where the Cisco router provides two wlans, wlan1 and wlan2.

Wlan one is for personal use and wlan2 for friends and visitors.

The total bandwidth capacity provided by the ISP is about 20 Mbit/s.

I would like to split this so that wlan1 uses 75% of the bandwidth capacity and

wlan2 25%.
