I'm trying to update the  version of CUCM to

Go to Cisco Unified  Operating System Administration -> Settings -> Version try to  switch version from Active Version ( to Inactive Version  (, after clicking the server version of the Switch goes to  reboot.

After you restart the active version does not change. Remains

In what could be the problem?

I have this problem too.

I do not understand why reinstalling the new  version, my version - MD5 matches.

After  switching the active version remains -
