I wonder if anyone has an answer or some insight into this
I have a CUCM 7.1 integrated with AD LDAP.
For various reasons, the numbers in LDAP are the full e.164 numbers
When I run the Attendant Console against the Directory, all of the phones are unknown status because the actual phone extensions themselves are the last 4 digits of the full e.164 LDAP number
The directory works fine on the phone(for dialing people) due to application dial rules that I implemented but Attendant Console does not seem to want to give line state.
I have tried to manually create a corporate directory file to play with the extension numbers to see what will work but it looks like there is a fundamental disconnect due to the full e.164 number. I can not get any phone to come into a known state using 4 digit, +10 or +11 digits
Has anyone got any sort of answer of how to get around this issue and still get AC to work and to reflect line state ?
