Hello,
I have a FO pair, I need to swap one ASA5520 which has a 750 VPN Plus license
Can I use an ASA5520 with ASA5500-SSL-750 instead

Yes, it is still available to order. Part Number: ASA5520-VPN-PL=
Also, this ASA VPN Plus would be much much cheaper than the SSL VPN license.

No, Plus and SSL are different licenses. Failover requires identical licenses (unless you are running ASA 8.3).
