Hello,

At my University, we currently are running CUCM 7.0. We have a CUWL licensing platform. We have recently outsourced our Financial Aid operations to a private firm. They wish to integrate with our phone system, in essence, we would be placing our standard model at their site and integrating with the campus CUCM cluster via T1 MPLS circuit.

My question is a legal one in reagrds to CUWL licensing. Since we received education pricing, would that prohibit us from using our CUWL licenses at a private firm?
