Hi,

in our company will for outbound calls the number shown without extension 54774-0 and it works fine
now one employee is to be displayed with extension 54774-20

my translation rule are

voice translarion Rule 7
rule 1 / 20 / / 5477420 /
rule 2 / .* / / 547740 / type any subscriber

voice translation-profile ALL_BRI
translate calling 7

it works this way or should I change it?

Changed rule 2 to be only for internal extensions - assume your internal extensions are two digits - you can change that as you wish. You can also test the translation rule by doing:

test voice translation-rule 7 20

to see the result
