CUPC calendaring not working after CM upgrade?

Hello,


I just noticed the other day that our calendaring for CUPC status is not working anymore.  It used to show "in a meeting" when exchange showed calendar as busy, but I feel like it broke after we upgraded to CM 7.1.3.  When running the Presence Troubleshooter the only error I get back is:



Verify Cisco Unified Communications Manager publisher versionFailThe Cisco Unified Communications Manager publisher version has changedPlease use the Serviceability application to restart the Sync Agent (fix)


Could this be the cause of the exchange calendaring not working?  Seems unlikely...

Technically speaking, upgrading CUCM shouldn't break calendar feature.


Could you do the following?


1) Go to CUPS Serviceability > Trace > Configuration > Cisco UP Presence Engine.  Set trace level to "Debug".

2) Restart Presence Engine.

3) Log into CUPC.

4) Collected Presence Engine logs from the time you restarted the engine.
