License Upgrade Issue

Hi

I am trying to update a Cisco ASA 5505 to a Security Plus license but am getting the following error when I do so.

Any ideas?

The process is different with a failover pair. Here's a Cisco how-to,

Thats the thing, its not a failover pair.

We wanted to have dual ISP's for redundancy.

I reloaded the ASA as well and I'm still getting the same message.

Try to use command line to enter the activation key. Please let us know if that resolves the issue.

I agree that you should try and apply the license in the command line. I don't use ASDM and I've never had a problem with activations via the CLI. Let us know how it goes.
