Have come across this issue in the past where rebooting the router causes the port forwarding feature to stop functioning on the RVS4000. The only way we were able to get it working again was to reset the router to factor defaults then upload a saved configuration.
This morning 3/23/2010 we did a configuration change, the router rebooted and we lost port forwarding. While we know how to fix it, reset and reload saved configuration, shouldn't have to do this.
While we haven't tried to debug the problem because it's a production network perimeter router, the forwarding failure after reboot is really a pretty significant problem when services rely upon forwarding inbound to the appropirate server or computer.
Has this problem been seen by others and if so, what solution did you come up with?
