A few phone proxy issues

We're testing phone proxy for a new customer.  We have about 10 devices working fine.  But, a few are having some problems:

1) One location has 2 phones behind an Edgemarc device.  The phones are experiencing one-way audio under certain circumstances.  We ended up setting a static NAT to one of the phones and now all seems fine.

2) Another user has reported that after 15-17 minutes audio drops to one-way and/or the remote user is put on hold.  If they press the hold button and then resume then the call is fine.  This has happened from 2 locations with SOHO routers.  We're going to try putting the phone in the SOHO router's DMZ to see if the problem continues.  This could be a bad phone.

Both of these issues seem to be related to NAT on 3rd party devices.  Phone proxy states that it's compatible with one or more devices behind a 3rd party NAT device/FW however.  We're still working through different scenarios for the above two to narrow down the problem.

Is anyone else having NAT related issues and what is the resolution?
