Hi:

********************************************************************************
*
*          The following section displays errors found during
*          CallManager database export.
*
*          Date/Time  : 03-23-10/10:12:33 AM

********************************************************************************
ExportDatabase, returning [Failure, Inaccessible or Incompatible Database Version]
********************************************************************************

*          End of errors found during CallManager database export.
*          CallManager database export.
*

    I realy dont know why tell me that the Database is Incompatible, attach the Exportdb.log. In this log shows a DATABASE=PRE_SEADRAGON but this is not the name of the Database.

Hi there,

It sure sounds like this bug;

CSCsz63731            Bug Details

DBConnection0 Database=PRE_SEADRAGON on DMA Export Fail
Symptom:

Replication failure in 4.x after DMA failed export. DBConnection0 Database value in registry under HKLM/Software/Cisco Systems. Inc/DBL is set to PRE_SEADRAGON.

Conditions:

This can occur if DMA export fails on early migration step.

Workaround:
Modify the registry key HKLM/Software/Cisco Systems Inc./DBL DBConnection0 Database= value to the correct CCM03X Database instead of PRE_SEADRAGON.
