I am several CSQ setup and several get reporting steps.
when trying to get the number of Contacts waiting in the queue the number returned is always -1
any ideas why this is?

-1 is (as i've seen it) returned when the CSQ specified does not exist.
Make sure to type it exactly as it is in the web interface.
