Hello,
I have a SA 520W which is working (mostly) fine.
We are using VoIP with about 10 handsets, and whilst the SA520 is operating as the office gateway we get quite poor call quailty. (Replacing with a basic RV042 the problem goes away.)
I suspect I've just missed a part of the config, especially to do with the QoS.
We have dual WAN, set to load balance with protocol bindings.
I've configured the SIP-TCP/SIP-UTP services to be bound to one of the WAN interfaces, I've configured the firewall rule to ensure tha the SIP-TCP/SIP-DP traffic is "QoS Priorty: Minimize Delay". But I dont get any joy.
The phones are also on their own VLAN.
Does anyone have some suggestions on what I can do to try resolve the problem?

No suggestions? Nothing else to even attempt?
Does my setup sound valid or incorrect?

Do you want an honest advice without entering in details ?
Replace that for a true IOS router, eg 87x.

That is very much along the lines of this thread https://supportforums.cisco.com/message/3041025#3041025 - which is unhelpful.
Surely there are some simple things that someone can suggest I investigate.

I have the same problem whit the sa 520w. We have round about 20 VoIP Phones, and whit an other (Home) Router it works. I can´t understand why there is special QoS part in the web interface.
