Hi,
I am trying to get a call t oconnect to an agent, if one is ready, before they hear any other prompts.
I have the flow working, and the call is presented to an agent, but whilst the agent phone is ringing the caller hears MoH. Is there any way to have the caller hear ringback tone??

Hi
OK - you didn't specify your product, but I'm going to assume it's UCCX.
In UCCX, the system answers the phone, and then transfers the call to an agent - so the music you hear is the network MoH source of the CTI Port.
If you want ringback, you can configure this an 'ringback' MoH source and assign that... I'm not aware of any other way.

Yep UCCX 7 is what I am using.
