Hi All,
We are unable to get the console of MP-3515MS-AV250.We did RMA & received a new chassis but still the status is same.We changed the console cable and baud rate but did not help.
Is there somenthing which we need to do on Chassis ?

did you try a Null modem cable, we had the same problem
