What is the reason of this state : R2_Q421_BLOCKED.

I explain :

We use a 2800 as a voice-gateway, connected to a MSC Huawei (R7). IOS 12.4-11-T2

This message appears after that the Huawei side end the call.

The channel is still  blocked during 2 minutes. Imagine that there are 50 users.

When cucm users end the call, then message become IDLE, but the Huawei side display that the channel is still used.

Have you any idea about the message R2_Q421_BLOCKED? What is the reason? Is there any issue?

This is the conf of the E1 ports :

Hola, apenas hoy yo tube un problema igual con un gateway cisco2901(

C2900-UNIVERSALK9-M):

XXXXXX#show voice call summ

PORT           CODEC     VAD VTSP STATE            VPM STATE

============= ========= === ==================== ======================

0/2/0:1.1       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.2       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.3       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.4       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.5       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.6       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.7       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.8       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.9       -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

0/2/0:1.10      -          -  -                     R2_Q421_BLOCKED

RRSCOxxxxx6(config)#do show voice port summ

                                           IN       OUT

PORT            CH   SIG-TYPE   ADMIN OPER STATUS   STATUS   EC

0/2/0:1         01  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         02  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         03  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         04  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         05  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         06  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         07  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         08  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         09  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

0/2/0:1         10  r2-digital  up    dorm idle     idle     y

RRSCOTI-TAM01A-70226(config)#

Y las llamadas se pudieron establecer sin problemas.
