Hello,
We have a problem that I can't figure out the cause. I am hoping anyone could help.
We have a 4548 configured with 3 Vlans. Port 1 is connected to a Cisco 2960, Port 24 is connect to a Nortel BCM phone system (192.168.206.40, vlan206).
Within the 4548, we can ping any Vlan across our entire network, same goes to the Cisco 2960.
However, from our computer vlan (vlan6 192.168.6.3-192.168.6.253), we can ping anything except 192.168.206.40 which is the BCM. We can ping all the phones such as 192.168.206.101.
Attached are the conf file of the nortel switch and the cisco switch.
Thanks.

Can you confirm that there is not a firewall on the BCM phone server that is stopping incoming ICMP requests. What happens if you ping from the BCM system ?

There is no firewall on the BCM, since I can ping it from the 2960 and the Nortel 4548.
As if I can ping from the BCM, I cannot perform the test right now as I am off site. I will do so later.
Is there anything out of ordinary from the configurations?
Thanks.
