CME 4.0 router and IP phones not getting the same time

Hi All,

I am having this issue with a cisco 3825 router with cme 4.0 and cue 3.0.

The system and hardware clocks are both correct as well as the cue time however the times on the ip phones are 4hrs ahead.

I have attached the "sh run" file.

The logging server is still receiving time 4hrs ahead even though the system clock has been changed.

I have set the correct timezones as stated below and set the router as the ntp master however even after rebooting the phones they are all carrying the same time. I even pointed the proper phones loads and had the phones upgraded however the phones still have the same time.

The voicemails however are getting the time on CUE.

The only thing I have not done is to reboot the router. Will this resolve this issue?

You need current IOS and phone firmware for time to be correct.
