CNAM issue (outbound ANI and name)

Our environment is UCCE with Outbound Option.  We run many campaigns where we mask the outbound ANI so the customer can call us back via an 800 number we provide.

When we make these outbound dialer calls out the PSTN via PRIs we would like to send the name of the fund (campaign) as well on behalf of the company.

We have put requests into the carrier we do business with and they are saying that it is not 100% that other carriers will honor the CNAM.  It has been 30 days since the request was put in for particular 800 numbers and the name does not present itself to the called party.

Is there any service out there for 800 that will propogate the CNAM?

I have this problem too.
