CUPC 7 Outlook Meeting Status Problem

Hi

I have deployed a the CUPS 7 HA Cluster. Cucm 7.1. exchange 2007

All the presence functions work fine.

I have configured the system to use calendering.Added the gateway uploaded the certificates ect.

but the CUPC will only update the status of the user if i restart the presence engine service.

Any Ideas

You will also get the update if you disable/enable "show me as in a meeting" option from CUPC.

This might be a firewall issue.

Whenever there's a calendar update, Exchage mailbox server needs to send UDP packets to CUPS on port 50020. You may do a packet capture on mailbox server and CUPS to see if something was blocking that port.
