PA-POS STM1 problem

Dear Gurus,

How come my interface is up/up but i cant even ping my own ip address? Is there a special commands for POS interfaces?

Im using 7206vxr for mpls network.

more than likely a routing configuration issue.

up and up would refer to seeing signalling from the far end

and agreeing on the line protocol.

Not likely at at all. There is no routing in ping local interface (direct delivery)

Incorrect, there is no signalling on serial interface.

1. wonder if it could be related to a vrf definition

2. pos interface config subcommands generally need to be identical for the interface to show up.

3. line protocol...hdlc..ppp pos...
