SIP Gateway on a router in CUCM environment

Unanswered Question

Hi, I am new to VoIP world so I have a few questions on setting up SIP gateway. I have set up in my lab CUCM 7.0 and cisco 2811 router. I want all my international calls to be routed to the sip provider. On CUCM I have made a sip trunk to my router and created a route pattern 0.00! pointing to this trunk.

On router I made following configuration

voice service voip

sip

sip-ua

authentication username XXXX password XXXX

retry invite 2

retry response 2

retry bye 2

retry cancel 2

registrar dns:XXXXX expires 3600

sip-server dns:XXXXXXX

Should this be enough, or I need to make some extra configuration?

I will be very grateful for any help. Links to web sites or names for the books where setting up CUCM with SIP gateway router is explained will be also very helpful.

P.S. I just stumbled upon CUBE, do I need CUBE to create SIP gateway or it is not necessary.

I have this problem too.
