User Disapeers from desktop agent chat view

I have a remote user that is connecting with a ASA 5505 and she frequently disappers from the chat view in the desktop agent.  I have other remote users connecting with the same device who are not having this problem.  Using desktop agent 5.0 build 6.4 that I have already reinstalled with no help.


Any ideas?
