Solved: can not see anything in 24 hour syslog message summary for cisco 7201 router

Hi,

We have Cisco Works LMS 3.0.1. Our router Cisco 7201 can not see any numbers on 24 hour syslog message summary.

I can see data for that router in our syslog.log file.

Any help would be appricated.

Your syslog filters are wrong. You have enabled all of them, but set the mode to keep. Set the mode to Drop, and you should start seeing messages.

Post screenshots of RME > Tools > Syslog > Syslog Collector Status and Syslog Filters. What are some of the messages you see from this device in syslog.log?
