Why do you need two eTokens for Phone Proxy?  When would you want to have more than two?

I have this problem too.

If I recall correctly, the same applies for CCM security tokens... it's used to authenticate you as an admin to the CTL-related services, and you have two, because if you had one and you lose it you have some pain to go through to rebuild all the trust files, phone certs etc,etc in order to start afresh.

If you have two, you can use the other one you have securely/separately stored, and can just buy and add another token then delete the reference to the old one...
