Voice Hunt Group hang up in Call Manager Express

  Hi All, I have a UC500 I inherited and I've set up a Voice Hunt group off the Auto Attendent. However, when a call comes in and the outside caller presses the option it rings the hunt group twice then hangs up. It does broadcast the call to all the phones in the group but, hangs up. I have the timeout set to 50 seconds but, whether its 50 seconds or 10 seconds if the employee doesnet answer the phone within two rings it hangs up on the caller. Here is part of my running-config the hunt group, ephones, and ephone dn's.

Any ideas?

Hi Dan,

I think you are hitting the restriction that relates to Voice Hunt group settings;

If Call Forward No Answer is configured for a voice hunt-group member, you must set the value of the timeout command in the voice hunt group to a value that is less than the timeout value of the call-forward noan command (yours is @ 50).

Hi Rob, that was it. I changed the timers on the DN's to match the hunt group timer and it worked like a charm.
