AGGREGATE POLICING ON 7206 - NPE-G1/G1 & ISR PLATFORMS

Hello Fellas,

I have a requirment for aggregate policers & shapers on Ethernet based sub-interfaces. Scenario is as below,
1) We have 2 Ethernet sub-interfaces on a PE router VC1 & VC2 belonging to the same customer.
2) The aggregate bandwidth requirement for both the VCs is 4Mbps.
3) When VC1 is being utilized, it should get higher priority over VC2 such that VC1 can burst till 3Mbps while VC2 gets a committed bandwidth of 1Mbps.
4) When one the circuits is free or under-utilized, the other circuit must be able to utilize the free bandwidth uptill the total subscribed bandwidth of 4Mbps
Did some searching on aggregate bandwidth policers and got some info on VLAN-based QOS on routers, but there is no mention of support for this feature for platforms other than Cisco 10000 PRE-2/PRE-3.
Would appreciate if someone confirms me if the support is available on the Cisco 7206 NPE-G1/G2 and Cisco ISR platforms?
Also would like to know the exact name of this feature set to search in feature navigator [The URL says 'VLAN-TAG based QOS', but there is no match for the same in Feature navigator page]
