Pouvez vous m’aider à faire cette configuration. Au fait je veux que l’utilisateur compose 9999 et qu’en réalité le système appelle un numéro précis sur l’international . Mais j’y arrive pas.

Can you help me to make this configuration. With the fact I want that  the user composes 9999 and that actually the system calls a precise  number on the international one. But I do not arrive there.

So, do you want to dial 9999 and have the system translate that to another number? If so, use the num-exp command:

num-exp 9999 91234567890

Hope this helps.

Brandon

YES you understand ! what  is the command I use to do this ?

thanks for your answer !

The command is:

num-exp 9999 91234567890

where 91234567890 is the full number to which you want to translate 9999.

Hope this helps.

Brandon

Thanks let me try the configuration !

do I need to configure dial-peer for this ?

You will need a dial peer but this config does not go under the dial peer.

If I use Cisco MCS 7845-H2 Unified Communications  Manager Appliance what will be the configuration?

NEED HELP !

do I need to configure something in the gateway (router) ?

You originally mentioned Callmanager Express. Is this a CME router or a gateway for a CUCM? If for CUCM, is it H.323 or MGCP?
