SPA400 Line cutoffs - Help with tracing logs

Hi guys, I have multiple SPA400 units that keeps cuting off lines while in conversation @ many of my clients commerces, they are all very sick of this random problems. Everytime we test the line, it goes flawlessly but I did myself experience cutoffs while in conversation @ their locations.

Here is trace of the SPA400 log on our Syslog. Coudl it be fixed with the line disconnect settings or the tones ?

Notice the line cut @ 18:56:32...

Please help us , we have had this issue for over a year !

Dear Sir;

Please ensure PSTN lines do not have call waiting. SPA400 does not support it over PSTN lines. This may be one source of the issue. Which country are you based?
