Cisco Supervisor Desktop - Report problem

We are using IPCC Express version 4.0 Enhance and configure for redundancy. Everything working fine till few days ago, we face problem related to Cisco Supervisor Desktop real-time data report.

When tried to view Team Agent Statistics Report and Agent Statistic Report, no data display (blank) and in the left corner, it show Report: Inactive.

We tried to check the services from Control Center in IPCC but all services seem to work normally.

Note: Among all Team Reports, only Team Agent Statistics Report that have problem (Team Agent state report and Team Skill statistic Report have data)

         Among all Agent Reports, only Agent Statistics Report that have problem (Other reports can be view normally)

Does anyone here face this problem before? Any idea what the cause of this problem and how to solve it?
