Small Business Setup Recommendation

Hi There,

I have a client with 12 pcs running of a server with win 2008 using it as a file and database server. All but 2 clients are running on gigabit and I would like a gigabit capable device.

What would you guys recommend? They are currently using a Netgear GS716 (http://www.netgear.co.uk/gigabit_smartswitch_gs716t.php) which I believe is not functioning correctly.

I was looking at the SLM2024-G5 - will it cut it? I dont want any problems and want no speed/delay issues.

Do you need managed or unmanaged?

THere is a 16 port Gig switch thats pretty low priced
