In attempting to perform some troubleshooting on Cisco Unity Connections 7.0 I've downloaded the RTMT plug-in from the server. When I bring up RTMT the Unity Connections TAB or Unity Connections Menu does not appear. I've un-installed and re-installed the plug-in which comes directly from the Unity Connections server. I've also checked the services running from the services web page and see that all services are active and running. Should I close and re-open these services? Any help is appreciated.
