Hi,

We have deployed Unified Contact Center Enterprise v7.

We need to make the sizing of the Outbound Resources (Dialer Ports, Trunks) for IVR based outbound campaigns.

Does anyone have the link for the Unified CCE Outbound Resource Calculator?

Hi Geoff - is the sizing tool still out there? I'm on the partner page, but navigating the cisco website is a challenge at best. I keep coming back to dead links.
