Is there a way to export all my license files from CM 7.1(3). I need to reconcile all the license files but looking for an easier way than looking at each file file under the "License File Upload" section. I need to verify the PAK key inside each license file.

My lab systems only have the standard demo licenses loaded; however, you could try to retrieve the files via CLI using SFTP. Login to the CLI as the admin and check out the command "file get install". First you should take a look to see if the files are actually in that directory location (should be). That command is "file show license *" and should show you all the license files by name.

They are part of the DRS backup files, offhand I do not know which TAR file they are in as it's been awhile since I had to dig one out of one. I believe it may be one of the platform tar files part of the DRS backup.
Or, the following commands at the CLI (SSH) (if you have fix for CSCsw17906 in your version)
file list license
file view license
file get license

I know this is late, but hopefully it helps others. The DRS path is:
XXXXXXX_CCM_PLATFORM.tar\\usr\local\cm\conf\licfiles
